Can I return my ZIEIS order if I am not satisified or change my mind? Yes

You can order any ZIEIS product RISK FREE with our 30 Day - 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If for ANY reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you man return it for a FULL refund or a FULL credit towards another order (excluding postage). Simply return your product in the original packaging, postage paid, and in new/sellable condition*.

*Please note you must return your product in the original packaging and the product must be returned in new/sellable condition in protective packaging (NOTE: shipping costs are non-refundable).

Please do not attempt to return your product with any scratches/dings or damaged/missing packaging. Otherwise your product will be returned to you at your expense.

Do you offer FREE Shipment Insurance? Yes

Although Damage in Transit (DIT) is uncommon, it does happen. Even though we carefully package every item to prevent damage, rough handling during shipment may cause product damage.

Even though the shipping box may not look damaged, the DIT product usually has been subjected to a severe shock, such as a drop (landing a flat edge of the box).

However, with our FREE Shipment Insurance, your shipment is protected. If you unfortunately receive a product that has been DIT, you will not need to hassle with submitting paperwork with the shipper's insurance company.

Simply contact ZIEIS via our on-line Warranty Form to request a DIT Return Authorization Form.

Return your DIT product to the address listed on the DIT form via any shipping service (i.e. Just like driving it back to a brick & mortar store). When we receive your returned product, we will repair or replace the unit at no additional charge (excluding any return postage fees).

What payment methods do you accept?

You may process your order with VISA*, MasterCard*, AMEX*, or DISCOVER* to ensure fast and easy order processing and the fastest possible shipping.

*Please note that if you pay for your ZIEIS order via your credit card, please be sure you provide the billing address that is associated on your credit card statement. Your billing address is the address that your credit card statement is mailed.

Your credit card billing address must MATCH EXACTLY with the billing address listed on your order.

If the billing address information is not an exact match, your order will be delayed and it will require verbal verification.

Any credit card that is suspected to be fraudulent will be reported immediately to the credit card company and the police/FBI.

Do you offer faster shipping options? Yes

Since your shipping cost is determined by the total weight of your order, your shipping address, and possible shipping options - You simply select your product(s), enter the quantity, enter your billing and shipping information, and click on the “Continue” button.

Other non-listed shipping options may be available (i.e. UPS Saturday Delivery) - depending on the product. To inquire about additional shipping options, please contact one of our ZIEIS Product Specialist via the phone number located on the specific product listing.

How can I determine the total shipping cost for my order?

However, only in the USA. We offer UPS 3 Day Air and 2 Day Air (delivered by end-of-day) and UPS Next Day Air Saver (delivered by 3pm).

Once you have completed these steps, your total shipping cost/options will be displayed. As noted - USA customers will have FOUR (4) shipping options (i.e. Ground, 3-Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day)

Please note that you do NOT need to enter your credit card information to obtain your shipping costs.

Can you send me a tracking number for my shipment?

Only orders shipped via EXPRESS methods will have tracking numbers. If your order has been shipped via an EXPRESS method, you will be sent an email with a UPS tracking number link. However, you will be notified when your order ships.

When will I receive my order?

As you know, ZIEIS is not the delivery service, but is only using their services. However, we usually process and ship orders by the next business day. For your convenience, we have provided some general shipping timelines:

USA - Regular Ground: 5-7 business days
USA - 2nd Day Air: 2 business days (delivered by end-of-day)
USA - 3 Day Air: 3 business days (delivered by end-of-day)
USA - Next Day Air Saver: Next Business Day (delivered by 3pm)
Canada - Air Parcel Post: 3-15 business days

UPS Business Days: Monday - Friday (i.e. Next Day Air orders placed on Friday will arrive on Monday)

Please Note: UPS Saturday delivery is available at an additional charge and is only available to certain destinations. Please call to inquire about the availability and cost of UPS Saturday delivery to your destination.

*Unless you request an express shipping method, most USA orders will ship via UPS or USPS Ground. However, if you have a PO BOX, APO, or reside in Alaska or Hawaii, your order will ship via USPS Priority Mail.

** ALL express shipping orders (Next Day Air/2 Day Air/3 Day Air) must be placed by 12pm NOON (CST) in order to be processed the same business day. If possible, please call in your express shipping order to ensure product availability, payment, and order confirmation.

Where will my order ship from?

Some of the warehouses are located in different states. To provide you with the fastest service, some of our products will ship directly from the warehouse they are held. So, if you order more than one (1) product, your order may ship from different locations.

Will there be any duties and/or taxes assessed on my order?

Customers will be responsible for any country-specific import duties, fees, and/or taxes associated with their shipment. Example: If you reside in Minnesota USA, you will be assessed 6.5% state sales tax on your product total (shipping cost will not be taxed).

Why do I need to retain my receipt as proof-of-purchase?

If your product fails to operate within the warranty coverage period, you will need to return a copy of your receipt, with the defective product, to provide a proof-of-purchase date that falls within that coverage period.

Please note that ZIEIS does NOT retain customer information after one (1) year from purchase. Thus the consumer is fully responsible for providing proof of purchase for any warranty claim.
